The World Baseball Association (WBA), a new youth baseball sanctioning body is proud to announce the addition of Tom House to our Advisory Board. The WBA Advisory Board consists of a few selected and invited individuals who are highly regarded in the field of baseball. The Advisory Board consists of respected professional baseball instructors, players and coaches, both former and current. The purpose of this board is to further aide in the WBA's efforts to reach the overall baseball community.  Dr. Tom House is a 12-year veteran of Major League Baseball. After playing for the legendary Rod Dedeaux at USC, House pitched in the Major Leagues for the Atlanta Braves from 1967 to 1975, for the Boston Red Sox from 1976 to 1977, and for the Seattle Mariners ...

There have been numerous inquiries since the World Baseball Association's launch at the beginning of the year.  In an effort to further inform teams, coaches and everyone within the youth baseball arena, please note that the WBA has been designed so that teams can belong to the World Baseball Association and still participate and belong to other youth baseball sanctions.  Your team will only need to choose which sanction you want to compete for a title in. Further, the WBA welcomes and challenges all teams to compete for a World Baseball Association title.  Depending on the timing of the various tournaments, it is at least 50% possible that your team could compete for a national title...
